Maybe a good idea to disable bilinear filter on fonts meant to look pixelated. Liked the game over all but i didn't find the tutorial levels all too helpful

Keep the first level and introduce division on that one, also keep the cross breeding one and the virus one. Then make new levels that help us learn how to figure out the differences between the cells and the interesting behaviours that may come out of complex ecosystems.
I imagine big part of the game  can be creating a setup in sandbox mode and see what happens upon changes like temperature, figuring how the cells behave little by little, but it may be confusing and hard to make sense of to some people, appearing rather random, so explaining a bit in the tutorial would be great.

Also consider adding a slider like temperature that makes food auto-spawn and changes how often it happens.

also just realized, crossbreeding only happens when you command a cell, not sure if intentional, but i imagine it is, my bad.

Also temperature seems kind of weird, it kills stuff when you change it, but if you spawn them at a temperature they previously died at they do just fine.

Hello! Thank you very much for the huge informative review. :)

I think today I will add some of the things you mentioned. If you create a cell when the temperature is too high and it does not die, it is my fault :D

I also want to fix the UI a bit.

Thanks again for your opinion!!!

That's awesome!

Haven't actually played it yet, but I'm so happy you're dipping your toes into game jams! I just did my first game jam a couple weeks ago; they're such good learning experiences and wonderful ways to try out ideas without too much worry or stress.

Hello! Making games not only brings me happiness, but I also practice applying my knowledge of mathematics and geometry, for example: working with vectors, etc. If you played this game, please leave a review if you want :) I will play too to your created projects and write feedback

Thank you!

Thanks! And I'll make sure to do that :D
